Teachers should recognize the urgent need to reach out to the victims, and in this paper the author tried to discern what kind of guidance and support is demanded of teachers or schools. The following five points must be considered. (1) How does the \"bullying\" hurt the children? (2) What kind of cooperation is asked for from protectors? (3) How should we listen to the voice of the child? (4) What kind of group experience is necessary for children? (5) How should teachers devise the class management? These must be precisely and conclusively thought about.
