内容記述 | The Gender Equality Bureau has been holding the experimental seminars to train the candidates to be board members. The goal of the government is the female portion 10% in the board members of the listed companies by 2020. We need a cumulative total of 2400 more within 3 years. Therefore, the experimental seminars are expected to work as models and to catalyze other organizations to hold such seminars. Along with the amendment of the Corporate Governance Code, this measures will contribute to the gender diversity of the boards, and to the sustainable growth of the companies and the Japanese economy. | |||||
