 note = {Bovine rumen dextran which produce by Streptococcus bovis is caused to one of Tympanite disease, so dextran attacking bacteria in rumen are important to bovine health. We isolated at first dextran attacking bacteria from rumen and morphological and physiological properties of isolates were study, especially hemine requirement and relation between volatile fatty acid and growth of isolated bacteria.
