Since we are apt to lose sight of the essentials of education at such time, it is important for us to ask ourselves about these essentials and purposes of nursing. This paper examines them from the following 4 points : 1. guidance based on teachers' assistance, 2. guidance based on experience and materials, 3. guidance based on teachers' involvement with children, and 4. guidance conscious of environmental conditions. The author also examined the content of nursing bearing children's development in mind. This must be solidly thought about because they grow up rapidly. When the contents of nursing were located on the linear line of development from infantile to elementary school childhood, we are abled to see what we must do. As for each primary domain of nursing, by delineating the dynamic path of their development, we expect that we will be able to foresee the flow.
