Participants were 81 non-major students at a private Japanese university. Oral cloze and sentence-level composition tasks were administered alternately before and after reading comprehension tasks. The results of two-way repeated-measures ANOVAs indicated that the tasks facilitated the participants' acquisition of lexical phrases over the semester, but the timing for administering the form-focused tasks (i.e., at the beginning, or at the end, of a class session) did not have any impact on their acquisition of target forms., 5, KJ00009097800}, pages = {15--31}, title = {The Role of Language-enhancement Tasks in an EFL Reading Comprehension Course}, volume = {882}, year = {2014}, yomi = {オガワ, ヨシマサ} }
