 note = {This paper asserts that school management is more effective with moral education at its core, and proposes a comprehensive moral project plan to achieve that. Specifically, the project plan includes a grade-level class plan covering moral education, one facet of which is linked with curriculum management and morality centered on moral education, and that also fosters cooperation with the community.
