Then, the reliability and validity was of the scale was investigated. In Study 1, data obtained from 229 undergraduate students were analyzed. Results indicated that there were 4 subscales of the RFTS: promotion focused optimism, prevention focused optimism, promotion focused pessimism, and prevention focused pessimism. Moreover, the scale had sufficient internal consistency (α=.66-.79). In Study 2, 139 undergraduates responded to the new scale twice, within an interval of 3 weeks. Results indicated that each subscale of the RFTS had high test-retest reliability (r=.73-.80). Data obtained from an additional 202 undergraduates were analyzed to examine the convergent validity, the discriminant validity and the criterion-related validity of the RFTS in comparison to 5 existing scales. Results indicated that the new scale had sufficient convergent validity. Moreover, the RFTS was highly predictive of health indicators. These findings provide sufficient support for the reliability and validity of the RFTS and indicate the utility of the new scale., 8, KJ00007812780, 論文}, pages = {79--88}, title = {制御焦点傾向尺度作成の試み-楽観主義・悲観主義との組み合わせから-}, volume = {14}, year = {2012}, yomi = {タカハシ, サチコ and フルカワ, マサト} }
