Their employer is University of Toronto. In this article, I confirm the contents of the “agreement” and consider concretely about the SES/U job evaluation system, and the job classification, the pay system based on it that USW Local 1998 and the university developed jointly. The findings is that the pay scale based on pay Equity (Equal pay for work of equal value) is very clear and fair for both female and male employees.
