The issuing office was located in the residence of Teijo Nakamura in Daita, and the haiku meetings were held at the 9th branch of the Setagaya ward office near Shimokitazawa Station, hence the journals activities were closely connected to Setagaya.   Hideko Suda was affiliated with Kazahana as a haiku poet in her later years.
