| 内容記述 | We have two purposes in this article. The first is to explore the definition of micromanagement by reviewing research papers and empirical studies. Micromanagement is a commonly used term, but there is no clear definition for the research. Second, we try to understand the concept of excessive control in micromanagement from the fourth hunger of Transactional Analysis （Meredith, 2000）. Since Transactional Analysis is effective to change relationships from the behavioral and cognitive aspects, it will be effective for suggesting strategies for coping with negative side of micromanagement. | |||||||||||
